Cellulose bedding BCell4/4-IR40 – For isolator
This unique litter comes in made of 60 gram compressed pebbles that can be split. Its design facilitates and optimises the use of the litter as an isolator.
The cellulose used by AniBed can be in contact with food products, skin or mucous membranes. It is certified by an independent laboratory.
Composed of 90% cellulose and 10% water, it eliminates most of the variables encountered when using conventional litters such as the presence or mycotoxins found in corn cob and wood.
BCELL4/4 litters are manufactured by AniBed according to a specific process that guarantees regular production, secure supplies and controlled costs.
Pollution and microbiological controls are carried out on each batch.
BCell4/4-IR40 is ionised at 40 kGy minimum.

- Absorbency : from 9 to 10 times its weight in water (according to SCAN-C33/80)
- Dust content below 355µ : 0.025%.
- Moisture content : less than 10%.
- The packaging has been designed to facilitate the use of the bedding in an isolator as well as its removal.
- The compression of BCell4/4 reduces the volume occupied during transfers and optimises storage in the isolator.
- The pebble format simplifies and improves the reproducibility of bedding quantity.
- Each bag contains a waste bag for regular disposal of dirty bedding or other waste.
